Hi there. There are actions available which allow you to adjust these settings dynamically - https://bottlecapdave.github.io/HomeAssistant-TargetTimeframes/services/#target_timeframesupdate_target_timeframe_data_source |

I thought I'd start a new discussion than de-railing my other one. As I mentioned there, I'm in the process of migrating from OE target sensors.
I have night storage heaters, so no rush at the moment, lol. But previously I have set up 6 different target rate sensors, that are set for the cheapest 1hr, 2hrs, 3hrs, 4hrs, 5hrs and 6hrs each night. I have an automation that looks at the weather forecast for the day ahead and a few other tweaks to determine how many hours my night storage heaters need to run and it saves that in an input_number helper. A bunch of automations then checks how many hours we need as each target rate sensor turns on and matches up with the right one. I have a bunch of complicated automations to turn off with the correct one too.
Anyway the TLDR is that it would be really useful if it's possible to have a single target rate sensor for my heaters that I could just set to use my automated input_number value of hours. Then I only need one automation turning them on and off and the target rate sensor takes care of adjusting the hours each night based on my heater hours value.
