It looks like you have an extra - character in your command after -s.
Try:
scenedetect -i "J:\FRENCHCONNECTION\The French Connection (1971).mkv" -s "J:\FRENCHCONNECTION\The French Connection (1971).csv"

Hello
I received an error when trying to analyse an MKV file created from a DVD.
The processing seemed to be working fine up until 80% when it crashed with the following error:
