sp_BlitzFirst stuck on Sleeping Query with Open Transactions when thousands of transactions are open

What is the current behavior?
execution of sp_BlitzFirst get stuck for very long time (no end seen in half an hour) on evaluating "Sleeping Query with Open Transactions"

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.
Having thousands transaction open

What is the expected behavior?
have the avalilability to skip the check, or having an alert of the unusual sleeping transactions

Which versions of SQL Server and which OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of our procedures?

Hi! Obviously I don't have a server with thousands of transactions open, so would you like to try editing that particular check in the query to see if you can get it to perform more quickly on your server? (This is beyond something I'd be able to troubleshoot from here, and obviously it's a bad idea to have thousands of transactions open - you could kinda stop your troubleshooting there and go, yeah, I gotta fix that, heh.)
