Intake Arm Commands

[ ] intake Commands 'setGround' and 'setPass' Tested on Separate buttons
[ ] intake Commands 'setGround: and 'setPass' tested on a single button that switches between each height with a timeout of 1 second between them

• This is to test if all the Commands end properly
• Use .withTimeout() to create the pause between levels.

Things to note:

Does everything go to appox Angle?
Does the Elevator hold when the button lets go, or does it drop?
Does the sim PID need to be tuned more?
Does it work?
