Tab bar randomly stops allowing detaching a tab #3926
Description
What happened?
At random times, I stop being able to drag a tab out of the tab bar to put it in a new window. This seems to happen at the same time that the navigation buttons stop working. Creating a new window will restore the functionality for a bit but then after some time it stops working again.
Reproducible?
- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
