Know if a page is prerendered

Would be great to update the format of pages to be an InjectedRoute, including prerender. I guess it requires reading each file and some regex work

Good idea! I will have to think about the best way to approach this (probably regex). This would also need to support any pages that have their prerender property altered on the pages object before injection. I know Arsh has done something similar with a Vite plugin here: https://github.com/lilnasy/gratelets/blob/main/packages/prerender-patterns/integration.ts#L28

In the meantime I've made this little naive function
