I need to build a dashboard showing locations in the queue of unresolved counties, plus:

Problem: if a user manually fixes the county on a location, how do we mark the task as resolved?

I don't want to build a custom UI for this (it's only 95 locations) - instead, I'm going to have the Django admin mark that task as resolved if a user fills in the county field.
