1e-6 Tolerances on ranges withdrawn from IDS 1.0 #21
Description
We'd previously added support for 1e-6 Floating point tolerance to Range values as part of #19 , but this has since been removed from the IDS 1.0 standard by buildingSMART/IDS#318 - meaning some of the latest tolerance test cases fail.
XIDS needs updating in line with 1.0 thinking.
