Add invoice page to the system.
8d3abe6 
To track payments, add an invoice page to the frontend.  This comes
with appropriate tests, to ensure it works.

Also forces the protractor tests to always load something, so that
angular is available to talk to the backend.

This mostly implments issue #8, but still requires a paid mark.
