Upgrade invenio-files-rest to latest #2082
Description
The current version of cds-videos is using invenio-files-rest 2.2.4.
We need to upgrade to a more recent version that includes this commit.
Add FILES_REST_ALLOW_RANGE_REQUESTS to config when upgraded
