Merge docker and singularity into a unified build system. #37
Description
Currently, we maintain both a Dockerfile and a Singularity definition. Let’s unify them to reduce duplication and simplify maintenance.
Tasks:

Use Dockerfile as base for Singularity(?)

Refactor as needed to support both builds

Test both Docker and Singularity builds
Goal:
One source for container builds.
