Add CGAL to Compiler Explorer so that we can quickly try out different compilers (esp. msvc)

If CGAL was available in the list of libraries on Compiler Explorer, that would ease the rapid test of new versions of compilers. Compiler Explorer has all versions of all know C++ compilers.

I would love to work on this issue.

To add CGAL support to Compiler Explorer, the main work would be integrating CGAL as a header-only dependency within CE’s library configuration. Since CGAL is header-only from version 5.0 onward, this avoids the need for building binaries and simplifies integration across compilers.

I propose adding CGAL as a selectable library in Compiler Explorer by:

Packaging a recent CGAL release (or main branch snapshot) in CE’s library infrastructure

Configuring include paths and required dependencies (Boost, GMP/MPFR where applicable)

Verifying support across major compilers, with special focus on MSVC

Providing a minimal example snippet to confirm correct setup

This would allow users to quickly experiment with CGAL across different compilers without local setup. I’d be happy to take this on if it aligns with project goals.
