Rewrite Documentation

Before we release v4, I need to overhaul the docs and make sure that all functions of all tools are adequately explained and that there's a quick start guide for those first using the tool. This should be linked to from inside the tool's interface in Blender.

I still need to add images and there will be plenty of changes made before release that will require updating the docs, but I've rewritten everything for v4. There is also now much more detail on how to use each tool.
