The tweak and relax brush is drawn in 3D with perspective taken into account (which is really cool!) but this seems to break when the surface is too close to the camera. This only happens in perspective view and not in orthographic view. Example:

Also worth noting that a toggle to switch between screen space and world space for the brush would be awesome and match Blender's sculpt brushes. Switching to a screen space brush is one potential solution.
