Add another framework

Can I fork this and add another framework. I'm trying to install Invoice Ninja

I started developing a build pack for it but not sure what is the next step in incorporating it into a project

@karneaud I'm not maintaining this buildpack anymore. The official Heroku PHP buildpack has improved a lot compared to the time when this buildpack was started. I recommend you to use the official buildpack instead.
