Missing Items. Filtered list not equal to number of items on initial load.

1. Something is funky. 681, 449 with (no info)
2. Select no info, zero items
3. Uncheck get 232 items (681 less 449)

Which explains why the name search does not always work, there are only 232 items in the filtered item list. Seems like if the initial facet is (no value) the tile data does not get created.
