Parse main repository license if not available in subdir

A warning message is displayed if the license is not present (cf. #340). However, this is also shown if queries are parsed from a subdir in a repository where a license is present but only in the root folder. Check as an example: https://grlc.io/api-git/clariah/grlc-queries/subdir/subdir

It would be good to check if License is present in root folder to avoid replicating license file in each subfolder.

Typically lincenses live in the root repo directory I agree. @c-martinez is this something we can easily fix?

Hey @marioscrock , @albertmeronyo , thanks for opening this issue and apologies for the long silence. Yes, I think it would make sense for subdir API to inherit the license from the root folder (perhaps unless specifically stated otherwise?)

I think this should be relatively easy to fix -- I will look into it!
