Suggested deprecation of toMatlab methods

We added the ability to convert some readers to a matlab binary file across several PRs

• API Convert sensitivity files to MATLAB #274
• API DepletionReader export to Matlab file #257
• API HistoryReader to matlab and some special methods #275
• API Add toMatlab methods for Depletion, Detector, Depmtx, Sens, Hist readers #291

and I'm not sure how much usage they're getting. Python has really grown in popularity since we started this project, and so I'm not sure of the need to use serpentTools as a way to load in Serpent data, but then dump it back to matlab?

Are any of the .toMatlab methods useful for your project?
