[BUG] Remove DNA Tab because it causes Operator App to fail launch #25

Describe the bug
The DNA tab has a dependency for PDFReader that is not installed by ROS. This causes Operator app to fail to launch if the dependency was not previously installed on the computer. The DNA tab was for a specific task last season that is unlikely to be needed again, so the entire dna tab should be removed so that operator app is able to launch again.
