[BUG] Remove the Carp Model Tab from the Operator GUI

Describe the bug

The carp model tab is from a task from last year and is no longer necessary. Remove the carp model tab from src/surface/gui/gui/widgets/tabs/carp_model_tab.py. Remove any nodes or other widgets created for the tab, and remove it from the operator_app.py.
