Add publisher info in Dimensions

@Giovanni1085 Would it be possible to add publisher info in CWTS compatible Dimensions JSON files? Here is an example of how the data could be formatted: "publisher": { "id": "pblshr.1001577", "name": "Radiological Society of North America (RSNA)" }

@neesjanvaneck this is already there, but I only get the name from the publications API. I think I have to look up another entity to get the identifier. I have for now put the as empty and populated the name field, let me know and re-open the issue if a change is needed.
