[suggestion] option to render different cape types on other players hierarchically

On cosmetica I noticed in the settings an option to render (hide, show, replace) for each cape type. However on fabric capes mod you can only render a single cape for yourself and if someone else happens to also be using that source then it'd render on them. So basically an option to choose how cape types render on other players.

I'm unsure if someone already made a suggestion similar to this or not.

I will try to add this when I redesign the options GUI to be less shit, but graphics design is not my passion so that might take a while.
