Add upload dialog to let users compare their own CSV files #115

Users should be able to upload their own CSV files.

User selects multiple CSV files and/or drags them into TACO
A modal window appears where the user can re-order the files in the correct time line
- In ideal case the timestamp can be extracted from the file name
Calculate diff tables and show changes

thinkh added the enhancement label

rumersdorfer added type: feature and removed enhancement labels
