Add Mono-enabled builds

Is it possible to enable the mono module so we can use C# scripts with these builds?

Not currently, as the Mono module must be statically built into the editor binary. I may add Mono-enabled builds one day, but it would be difficult to add so it could take a while.

That would be awesome, as my PC cannot build godot in some adequate time.

Well my PC can build it, it just takes almost 2 hours for the whole process.

It would definitely be better if I could just download it.

I'm currently working on switching to GitHub Actions and am trying to add Mono-enabled builds in the process, but I can't guarantee it'll work out in the end.

Edit: Mono builds will have to wait until headless support is implemented so that Mono glue can be generated on CI.

To build a Mono-enabled Godot binary, you need to generate Mono glue first using a special-purpose Godot binary. This special-purpose Godot binary spawns a window, and that means it requires a X server with hardware acceleration to be available at the time you're generating the Mono glue. On a headless environment (like CI), there's no X server and especially no hardware acceleration to speak of.

Note that C# support is currently not working in the master branch. The way C# integration is done is expected to be reworked for 4.0, so now may not be a good time to add Mono builds to the roster. Otherwise, I'd have to do everything twice.
