Creating cohesion in python scripts of different versions

Some scripts are set up in 2x and some in 3x, need to join them together in a workflow.

Beginning to merge scripts of the same python version together.

Tried running external scripts from a script that was running and the version issue was still there. I think that we have to keep 3.x and 2.x separate.
