1. Run docker compose -f devops/dev/docker-compose.dashboard-app.yaml up --build
2. Open docs
3. Send request.
4. Check out the terminal and fix all errors.

How to create a subscription:

1. Subscribe with http://0.0.0.0:8000/docs#/default/subscribe_to_notification_liquidation_watcher_post
2. Set correct telegram id.
3. You need to create a bot and fill in the token in the .env file

I have a strong experience writing python/Django and recently contributed to mozilla's repository where I refactored the tests structure and fixed the imports to ensure the all tests passes after the refactoring.

My approach to this task will be to run the dashboard using Docker, fix any startup errors and configure Telegram by creating a bot and adding its token to the .env file. Then, run tests via the API docs with the correct Telegram ID and verify logs for successful integration.
