Let's discuss a gameplan on remaining large features (e.g. #7428) and how this will time with v1.30 and merging peerDAS on unstable so we can reduce the diff of Fulu implementations. Assuming things go well with Pectra fork.

Would also like to gauge sentiment on comment #7604 (comment) about Kurtosis nightly runs via assertor instead of trying to enable Electra sim tests.

I was thinking a mix of both: we can write a simple sim test with some minimal assertions on execution requests. And then the rest using kurtosis/assertoor and run it weekly
