[bun] performance issue with forkchoice updateHead() api

Describe the bug

here's what I see on a NodeJS lg1k node:

same type of beacon node with Bun, it doubles the time:

it also showed up to ~900ms on a sas node

Expected behavior

updateHead() / computeDeltas() performance should be the same or better than NodeJS
