I would like to request that moderator actions be logged in line with other chat in the log files for channels that I have moderator privileges for.
I've been using Chatty prior to Chatterino and this was a feature that came in handy from time to time. In the Chatty log files, if a mod times out a user for 300 seconds, there would be a line in the log file that looked something like:
MOD_ACTION: modname (timeout username 300 )
It also logs various other mod actions like bans, automod approve/denies, slow mode timer adjustments, etc.. But all of the mod actions start with "MOD_ACTION: modname" which makes them easy to search for or tabulate.
I know that Pubsub is being shut down in April and replaced with Eventsub and I'm not sure that Chatty will be updated in time, which is why I'm requesting this feature on Chatterino as it seems to have more active development. Currently, in the Chatterino logs, when a mod action occurs like a timeout, it seems there is simply a blank line left in the log after the message in question. Thank you for your consideration on this request.
