[Bug]: 更改 CherryStudio 的显示语言，翻译界面目标语言下拉菜单中的选项不会更新为设置的显示语言

Bug Description

在设置里面修改 CherryStudio 的显示语言，翻译界面目标语言下拉菜单中的选项不会更新为设置的显示语言，需要重启应用才会更新为对应的语言。

比如下面演示的，一开始 CherryStudio 的显示语言是英语，此时下拉菜单中的选项都是英文，但切换 CherryStudio 的语言到中文，下拉菜单中的选项并不会更新成中文选项，需要重启应用后才会更新成中文选项。

Steps To Reproduce

1. 打开应用，确认下拉菜单中的选项为英文
2. 修改 CherryStudio 的界面语言为中文
3. 下拉菜单中的选项依然为英文

Expected Behavior

更改 CherryStudio 的界面语言后，翻译界面目标语言下拉菜单中的选项无须重启即可更新为界面语言对应的选项
