Question about "Disable GameDVR" Under Tweaks

What all is disabled? (How do I undo what this check box does?) I forgot to uncheck this box as I frequently use the Xbox Game Bar. I've got it mostly working again, but for some reason it won't notify me if people join chat, someone sends a message, etc.
