[a11y] Issue 35: Screen reader should read translated content after external translation is clicked

Description:
After clicking an external translation button, the screen reader should read the translated content in the expected sequence. Currently, this does not happen, which may cause confusion for users.

I'm thinking about adding aria-live to the translations texts, so would like to double check how we'd like to handle following two scenarios:

1. user clicks the button to display the translations, and the translations are displayed: seems ok to announce the changes
2. Displaying translation was enabled by clicking the button. On agreeing/ disagreeing/ passing the statement, screen reader would read alert Vote success. Navigate up to see the next statement.

And the next statement along with its translations would be displayed. In this case, should the translation of next statement be automatically read?

Some other possible solutions:

1. follow clicking agree/ disagree/ pass button, letting the screen reader remind the user that translation is displayed and reachable by navigating down .etc
2. only read the translation automatically when it's first activated
