Describe the bug
Some items, when activated, are being deleted after a turn, with any contents like fuel or batteries being dropped on the ground.
The pattern I notice is that they make noise, and I'm not sure whether it's the echoing to log part or the emitting a sound that might be audible to creatures part.
These items were deleted after a turn of being activated:
Chainsaw, radio, noise maker, geiger counter (continuous scan), mp3 player, smartphone - music
These items were not:
flashlight, smartphone - flashlight, gasoline lantern, heelys, EOD helmet, military flight helmet, shooter's earmuffs

Steps to reproduce
- Spawn a noise-making item, such as a chainsaw or noisemaker
- Turn it on
- Pass a turn or so
- Open your inventory to observe that the item is gone
Expected behavior
For radios, chainsaws, etc, to not, y'know, disappear spontaneously after making one noise
