Portal storm causes error message to appear everytime it ends.

Describe the bug

After each portal storm that happens, I get this error message. It happened to me on every save, on fresh installs of the game as well.

1. Wait for a portal storm
2. Wait for it to end and see the message.

Expected behavior

End of the portal storm should not generate any errors.
