Books "collect" themselves into a smartphone instead of inventory when picked up

Describe the bug

For some reason, books are converted into digital versions of themselves when picked up if I have a smartphone in my inventory. I provided an attached save in which a character has only a smartphone and there's a book on a shelf in front of them to pick up to see the bug.

2. Pickup a book.
3. Notice it's inside the smartphone.

Expected behavior

Books should not convert themselves into digital versions of themselves when you have a smartphone in your inventory.

I am seeing this happening too. After some experimentation, I found that books can be picked up and will vanish into smartphones, e-ink tablet, laptop computer, USB drive, memory card. Seems to be any device that can hold digital books. The books can vanish into unbrowsed devices too, but will be "discovered" when browsing those devices.

I don't seem to be able to always reproduce this. Sometimes picking up several books just puts 1 book into an electronic device and the rest into inventory. Other times I can run through a bookstore and loot every book in sight and it goes into an electronic device. Interestingly, the memory is unchanged on the device - 64 GB free out of 64GB on a memory card despite having dozens of books physically stuffed into it.

I did not find a means to unload the physical book back out of it. These books behave just like a digital book, and could be moved, copied, or deleted electronically. Yet there was no process of electronically scanning them.

The game segfault crashes if I debug spawn a book while holding a device that a book can go into. I had to empty my inventory of those electronic devices first before spawning books.

I can confirm this happens, probably because of #81123 given its recency.

is_estorable() is an acceptable check for putting crafted software into containers, but is not an acceptable check generally. I'll make a new flag for items that can only be on electronic devices, which is (I think) what should be checked.

I don't seem to be able to always reproduce this.

This is because e.g. a smartphone is not always the item_contents::best_pocket for an E_STORABLE item. A book can still go into a backpack sometimes. Kind of a pain, since I know I tested putting a book into the inventory for #81123.

Reproduced the bug, reverted #81123 and built, couldn't reproduce

I'll make a new flag for items that can only be on electronic devices, which is (I think) what should be checked.

Looking at cdda-guide.nornagon.net and double-checking in debug mode, it seems like E_STORABLE is that flag, is_estorable just checks for that flag or is_book()
