Better installation method for Windows #104

Currently window users have to resort to manual installation, perhaps there's a way to fix that?
We could either make a little powershell/cmd script or try to use winget (or..whatever the name is)

That really all comes to down to making our version manager. Once we do that then we have sort of a universal solution.
