[Windows Bug]: Extreme AI “forgets” about MCV

What happened? / Steps to reproduce

Playing against Hard mode Extreme AI.
They had an undeployed MCV which I guess they... forgot about... or something.
When I destroyed all their unit production buildings,
they “gave up”, i.e. all their units died, all their buildings exploded, just like they're out of the match...
except their MCV was still there, alone, and it immediately deployed,
and they started building a base again as if from scratch.

What should have happened?

The AI shouldn't have given up while it still has an MCV.
