“No Yuri/No France” option - computer still getting Grand Cannon

Hi,
This is partially my fault I guess,
because I altered the text file to give all the unique units to all factions,
HOWEVER
even with those changes to the text document,
with the “No Yuri/No France” option checked,
I still don't get Grand Cannons, and the computer still does.
So whichever is overwriting whichever, it's not applied the same to player and AI.
No fair >:(
(btw the reason I use this option is because Yuri AI players often crash my game,
but that's another story...)
(using v8.70.0, playing against Extreme AI, if that matters)

Well can I get it too then?
The easier thing would probably be
to just make an option to disable Yuri but not France.
Like split the “No Yuri/No France” option into two options.
I'm pretty sure Yuri AI's are crashing other people's games too.

Oh, man, it happens to me all the time.
Like 50% of my games with Yuri end in a frozen screen,
especially at the moment when they give up and all their units die / buildings explode at once.
Although Brutal / Extreme AI could be a factor. I never play on vanilla AI any more.
Having me + 7 AI players could also be a factor.
I never let AI Yuris play with me any more. It's a real shame.

I haven't had anyone else report this issue. Not saying it isn't happening.. but more info and steps to repeat it would help me potentially fix it.

If you want to reproduce it, I'd say do this:

1. Pick an 8 player map.
2. Fill it with you and 7 AI players (they don't have to be all against you)
3. Make sure at least one AI is Yuri (though I'd recommend all of them, to provoke the problem)
4. Set the AI to Extreme (I think this is because the more units a Yuri has the more obvious it will be)
5. Wait for a Yuri player's base to either become enormous or for them to give up.

I'm pretty sure at least at the moment they give up and all their units/buildings die/explode,
you'll at least experience a relatively long hang.
The only times I experience game slow-down are against Yuris (on Extreme),
and I'm certain the slow-down and the crashes are the same problem.
I have a pretty powerful PC. AMD CPU and GPU.

Is this with your changes though? or does it happen on our base version too?
