forbidden squares (v8.70.0) (old issue)

Hi,
I posted an issue before (#372)
about certain squares of the map becoming red for placing structures,
but without being able to prove it was still happening in the latest version, it was closed as “outdated”.
But here's a video of the same thing in v8.70.0 of the game.
And in fact I've discovered not only can't you place structures on those squares,
but your units will avoid it like the plague too, even if you order them right onto it.
Hope this can get looked into.

Actually I did find something today.
A square went permanently red after an enemy Kirov died and crashed into it.
Though I don't think this is always the cause.
