[Feature]: Implement a Vote to Kick option #474

There's been many times when we know there's a certain player lagging, or exploiting bugs etc, and we aren't able to kick them from the game. This would force us to end the game, and start over, which takes up time, and increases the chances of another error happening.
Describe the solution you'd like
A vote to kick option from the Tab screen would solve this issue. Only the game host can initiate this vote to kick, to avoid team stacks from abusing the feature. Potentially, we could also implement it in a way that if a player is voted to be kicked, only players from his team can vote.
Moderation wise, it would be great if we can keep track of who is voted to kick, who initiated/voted, to investigate if this feature is abused.
