Updated the TraceLab_UI.aspx and Tracelab_UI.aspx.cs to update as log information came in. Created an event in ExperimentProgress.cs that is pushed to WebConsoleUI in order to make sure that the log is updated from the "CurrentStatus" of the progress. This brings the information collected in the back end to the front as it's happening. Better methods can be done, if there is an exception there is a chance the timer could go forever.
