Interfaces move to their own folder inside the folders they currently reside in

As of right now it can be a bit of a pain to navigate for example in our services. If we add a interface folder inside our services and put all of our service interfaces there it will be easier. Another fix is to have a global interface folder, then inside create a service folder for example

Remember to change the namespace
