LR30 Hybrid+ + Unavailable

I have installed this via HACS, added the vacuum via Integrations using my Eufy Username/Password and then selected configure and added in the IP Address and i still get this...

The selector is greyed out and cannot be changed and the device just shows an unavailable

Any ideas?

Have you run the vacuum since configuring the integration? For me, things became available only after the vacuum started running.

I hadn't, but have done just now with no change to the state of the integration.

I know it's been a few days for this thread, but I had the same problem recently. When I opened the dropdown "Attributes", it told me the IP address was still unkown. When I clicked the configure button to input the IP address, I had left the checkbox "auto-discovery" checked. I then input the IP address and clicked finish. This causes the IP address to not be saved!
When I unchecked that box and input the IP address, the Attributes sections no longer showed the message "IP address not configured", instead it said Unknown. I then waited 10 minutes and voila, everything worked.

So if you have an issue with the Robovac remaining on unknown despite entering the IP address, make sure that checkbox is unchecked!

This solution worked for me. Feels like the bug it's that it didn't save the IP address. Ideally if both are clicked it could try the IP address first and fall back to autodetection. and there should be an error in the log but I couldn't find it.
