Frontend still referencing old domain and admin pages broken after migration to HTTPS

After migrating to https://balancerproject.org/, the frontend is still calling the old API endpoint, and the admin pages are no longer functional.

Issues

1. Frontend is calling balancer.live.k8s.phl.io/ (broken endpoint with old domain)
2. /login page is not working
3. /adminportal page is not working

Expected behavior

• Frontend should call the new domain https://balancerproject.org/
• /login page should be accessible and functional
• /adminportal page should be accessible and functional

Steps to reproduce

1. Load the frontend
2. Navigate to /login
3. Navigate to /adminportal
4. Attempt to get medication recommendations

Actual behavior

• API calls fail due to old domain reference
• /login page returns error/is inaccessible
• /adminportal page returns error/is inaccessible

@taichan03, what you think if we make the frontend endpoints relative @sahilds1 . Because for solving this, we need to be able to support more than one endpoint in the Vite project running. And as maybe you know, vite doesn't treat env vars very nicely.

What I've done in the past is remove all the base url logic from the frontend and proxy the api calls so the frontend doesn't need to handle which domain is talking with.
