Problems with adding IP addresses to the whitelist

Several problems with the program have been noticed.

1. When adding an IP address to the white list, this address is not displayed in the list. But it is added to the firewall rule.

2. When you restart the program, the settings from the settings.json file are not loaded. So with each new start, the list of IP addresses in the program is reset to zero.

I do it without a program, through a firewall. But creating a session just for me and a friend does not work. Left players still come in but in smaller numbers.
