Enhance CARAF Question Set and Framework Modularity

We invite external contributors to help enhance the Crypto Agility Risk Assessment Framework (CARAF) by improving its question set and refactoring the framework for better modularity.

Problem Overview

CARAF helps organizations assess cryptographic risk in the context of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration. The current question set and framework structure need expansion and modularization to support broader use cases and external tool integration.

Contribution Scope / Expectations

• Expand and refine the risk assessment questions.
• Refactor the framework to support plug-and-play modules.
• Add APIs or integration hooks for tools like XIPHER.

Impact

• Improves internal usage and integration.
• Enables external contributors to extend CARAF easily.
