Feature Parity - Need Permissions Checking #5
Description
The Python version of connvitals now (v4.0.2+) has functionality to check at run-time for the user's permissions, exiting with a failure if the program cannot be run as requested. This feature is currently missing in Go, and should be implemented as soon as possible to maintain feature-parity between the two versions.
