[Feature] Drawing Toolbar for MapControl

Describe the problem

I want to enable spatial data entry using the MapControl. Users should be able to create and manipulate pushpins, polygons, and lines using a toolbar.

Describe the solution

Essentially, I'd love to see the Drawing Tool Module from the Bing Maps Web Control ported to UWP. The overall design should feel very similar to the InkToolbar or TextToolbar.

Alternatives

I could just embed the web control using WebView, but I'd have to give up all the rich features of the native MapControl.
