Update the demo

The demo will be using the most recent version of AgGrid but the following will need looking at

- Fable v4
- Feliz v2
- React v18(the package has been done but need to re write the entry point as per https://react.dev/blog/2022/03/08/react-18-upgrade-guide#updates-to-client-rendering-apis)
- vite
