Allow use of any NiceHash server location #1
Description
NiceHash provides several different server locations (more info). If the app can implement a low-overhead way to ping different servers (either on startup or perhaps every time the mining timer is initialized) and choose the one with the lowest latency, performance will likely be improved for international users.
